Bikram yoga is a form of yoga and was developed by indian master yogi Bikram Choudhury. Bikram yoga is a copyrighted series of 26 yoga exercises that are being performed in a hot room with temperatures of 35-40°C. The exercises are demanding but feasible for students of any fitness level. The hot atmosphere makes safe muscle and filament  exercises possible and heavy sweating is to detoxicate the body. At least 680 calories are being burnt in every lesson (45 minutes).
