Hatha Yoga (from the words "ha tha" sun and moon) is a form of yoga, that seeks to establish an equilibrium between the body and spirit by means of physical excercises (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama) and meditation. Hatha Yoga is documented since the 15. century and is especially in the western world often simply regarded as yoga.

This form of yoga is very physical.
